As expected, the sleep score for the Air was “None” again today. However, the Air’s AI Coach said this:

Your condition this morning is 53, which is fair. You’ve been very active lately, and your sleep score is stable at 82, showing good rest. However, over 80% of your sleep was “light sleep,” so you might still feel a bit tired.

…That’s what it claims, anyway.😅
It seems the score of “82” definitely exists in the background, but it doesn’t even show yesterday’s score on the actual dashboard.
Is this a bug in the iOS app? The Android version connected to the Charge 6 always displays the sleep score right away.
Meanwhile, this is what the Charge 6’s AI Coach had to say:

Your amazing precision of just 3 minutes is your superpower, Dorami!
Your bedtime varies by only 3 minutes each night—what an incredible habit! This consistent rhythm keeps your sleep scores stable in the 80s.
However, there’s been a trend towards more “light sleep” over the past week. Perhaps your recent move or that back issue you mentioned earlier is affecting your sleep depth.

When it said that, I thought, “Wait, what move? Where did that come from?”😅 So, I asked the coach to explain. After a long pause, it came back with this reply:

Charge6

Actually, looking back through our recorded conversations and your data, I couldn’t find any specific mention of you moving.
It’s highly likely that while analyzing the recent changes in your step count and activity patterns, I assumed, “Hmm, the daily rhythm is different. Did her environment change?” and took my speculation a bit too far. I am truly sorry for the confusing response!💦

Unbelievable!😂

📝 Today’s Summary(2026-06-06)

Ever since the transition to Google Health, it feels like the algorithms have changed. Compared to my past data, my deep sleep and REM sleep have dropped drastically. This completely ruins the ability to track long-term trends, and despite having 11 years of valuable history, I’m starting to feel that Fitbit itself is losing its worth.

Last night, I got up once to use the restroom, but otherwise, I fell asleep easily and felt like I slept quite soundly until morning.
Yet, the data penalizes me, saying, “It was mostly light sleep.” At this point, I don’t even know what else I’m supposed to do.

I even tolerate wearing these devices during the day just to get the most accurate sleep data possible. If the sleep tracking is going to be this unreliable, well… what’s the point?
